We DO NOT issue a phone number on our web site as we are a mail order company and this helps to keep costs down on products and pass the savings on to you. However once you purchase from us you will be able to call us if necessary. Having said that, email enquires tend to be dealt with quicker and more effectively.

If 2 kits or more are purchased the cost of shipping will be £8.95 per additional item.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by reputable couriers. If all products are in stock, orders are normally dispatched on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

If we can not deliver your goods within 30 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Cancellation/Returns

Goods need to be in undamaged original packaging and you must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. The cost of initially sending the goods and returning and replacement postage cost to be paid by purchaser.

Refunds will be credited to the card user within 30 days of cancellation.

Please note this guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock Availability

All items offered on our web site are subject to availability. We will, wherever possible advise of any out of stock item on our web site. In the event of an ordered item being out of stock we will endeavor to notify you within one working day by either e-mail or telephone providing we have your correct details on your order.
