Shipping Cost
For Kits (any size kits of heater and stones ) - UK - £15.95 -
Small items DVD's etc £6.
If 2 kits or more are purchased the cost of shipping will be £8.95 per additional item.
Eire, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands = £29
Rest of Europe £39 Small items in Europe £12

Delivery
Deliveries are made by reputable couriers. If all products are in stock, orders are normally dispatched on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
If we can not deliver your goods within 30 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Cancellation/Returns
Goods need to be returned in undamaged and original packaging. The cost of initially sending the goods and returning and replacement postage cost to be paid by purchaser.
Refunds will be credited to the card user within 30 days of cancellation.
Payment
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch.
Stock Availability
All items offered on our web site are subject to availability. We will, wherever possible advise of any out of stock item on our web site. In the event of an ordered item being out of stock we will endeavor to notify you within one working day by either e-mail or telephone providing we have your correct details on your order.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our services, you can make a complaint in writing to us info@hotstones.co.uk
We will acknowledge it within 5 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute.
We will endeavor to resolve your complaint in a fair, confidential and effective manner while keeping you informed about the progress of your complaint.
